UAE Embassy Celebrates 40th National Day in New Delhi
Mohamed Sultan Abdalla Al Owais, Ambassador of the UAE to India, hosted a reception on 2nd December 2011 to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the National Day of the United Arab Emirates.
Mr. E. Ahamed, the Minister of State for the Ministry of External Affairs of the Republic of India, was the Chief Guest on this occasion.
Large number of guests including ministers, ambassadors, high ranking officials and representatives of the business community gathered to celebrate the Spirit of the Union.
Ceremony included a video presentation, in addition to the paintings and drawings from the country, showing the achievements and massive construction boom UAE achieved through the efforts of H.H. Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and his brothers, the rulers of the UAE in all fields, which impressed the Participants.
